RESIDENT MEMBER

🏡 1. Active Participant in the Community

Resident Members are encouraged to engage with others through social events, shared meals, workshops, or even simple day-to-day interactions in communal spaces.

They help create a welcoming, respectful, and collaborative atmosphere.

📃 2. Leaseholder or Occupant

They sign a rental agreement or membership contract to live in the CoLiving facility, whether it's on a short-term or long-term basis.

The agreement may include shared responsibilities, like maintaining cleanliness in common areas or attending community meetings.

🛋️ 3. Access to Shared Amenities

As a Resident Member, they get access to shared spaces like kitchens, lounges, coworking areas, or gyms—depending on what the facility offers.

They may also enjoy services such as cleaning, utilities, Wi-Fi, or even meal plans, bundled into their lease or membership fee.

🌐 4. Belonging to a Lifestyle Brand or Community Culture

Many CoLiving operators market their spaces not just as homes, but as lifestyle communities.

Resident Members often buy into this value-driven culture, whether it’s sustainability, wellness, productivity, or aging in place (for senior communities).
